Chitrangada Singh debut in Bollywood was in 2003 with Shiney Ahuja in Hazaaron Khwasihen Aisi. She was touted as next Smita Patil after the modest success of Hazaaron Khwasihen Aisi.
She is married to golfer Jyoti Randhawa and has a son with him. Chitangada suddenly disappeared from movie scene few years back amidst rumours of her husband objection to acting in silver screen.However returned back in 2008 with Sorry Bhai.
She currently appears with many Tv and print ads like Aliva Biscuits Tv ad, Taj Mahal Tea Tv Ad with Saif Ali Khan.

she was indeed divine in HQA. In the new photographs though, there is a slight haggardness and lifes little hardeners on her face. Bad luck to us. She should have continued after HQA for at least another couple of years and then decided on marriage and motherhood.
