Shakuntalam Telefilms' new show on Star One, 'Love Ne Mila
Di Jodi' will feature a mix of known as well as fresh faces.
The show is
a love story with a thriller element to it. The whole ambiance of the show will
be youth oriented; the story line will have a backdrop of mystery.
The
story is about three brothers and three sisters who have a set plan in mind, but
things do not happen as per their plans. And as the theme of the show aptly
suggests, 'Plan main nahi thi love story, par love ne milaadi
Jodi.

The Brothers
1. Prithvi: The eldest brother - Straight out of
an Old West film! Prithvi is one good-looking guy! I love the
seriousness...
2. Sameer: The middle brother - Motorcycle, flirtatious
smile...Obviously another addition to the "Cool Dude List" that already contains
Armaan and Samrat. Sameer is quite cute, though! (The double-shirt style reminds
me of Atul and Mayank)
3. Varun: The youngest brother - What a happy guy!
He's so adorable! If anyone instantly reminds me of Atul, it's Varun.
The
Sisters
1. Damini: The eldest sister - A gun...Bull's eye! Damini is just too
cool to be compared to anyone...Anjali is definitely cool enough to be a
parallel character here, though. Like Prithvi, she's also a picture of
seriousness. [Random: She's like Bipasha in Dhoom 2! Super cool Shonali Bose...I
love it!]
2. Avni: The middle sister - Avni seems like a much more adorable
version of Riddhima...going strictly by the salwaar kameez outfit, of course. I
really hope she is more like Gunjan, because Riddhima can be a real brat at
times.
3. Roshni: The youngest sister - I simply love Roshni in the
promo...Reminds me of Anjali, kind of. Except that Roshni seems much sweeter.
Her dress instantly reminded me of Dia...Lovely color, lovely dress!
The
Jodis
1. Prithvi-Damini: They're in a class of their own!
2. Sameer-Avni:
Do I have to say anything? LOL. Samrat-Gunjan, because I love them...But then
also, the way that Avni is frowning just a little bit made me think of
Riddhima...I still love Samrat-Gunjan tons more!
3. Varun-Roshni: Atul-Anjali
all the way! Atul from the beginning of DMG was actually serious, intelligent,
and obviously adorable as well - I fell in love with Atul for those reasons and
I still love his sweet nature; Anjali has always been a bit of a diva on the
exterior, but she's a real softie at heart. I suppose Varun-Roshni are supposed
to be a sort of role-reversal case of Sameer-Avni, although it's much too early
to say! They seem like the "sunshine couple" of the show!
